1. First off go to Runelocus.
How To VOTE! -On RuneLocus RuneLocus

2. Click "Private Server Status Page".
How To VOTE! -On RuneLocus TopList
It should look like this

3. Search "BlackWings" on Quick Search.
How To VOTE! -On RuneLocus BlackWings

4. Once you found BlackWings, Click on it.
How To VOTE! -On RuneLocus BlackWings

5. Click "Top List Page".
How To VOTE! -On RuneLocus Advertisment

6. Once you did that, it will say right above it "Vote For This Server".
How To VOTE! -On RuneLocus Vote

7. Now fill out the spam check thing and your DONE!
